shipping

We will ship your order as fast as possible, normally within 2 working days but it may take up to 10 days. SaSira offers free shipping within Sweden on all orders over 1000sek, for orders less than 1000sek shipping is 60sek. International orders will be charged with a delivery fee of 150sek. SaSira uses Postnord as shipping partner and all orders are trackable. Tracking number will be sent to you. SaSira reserves the right to adjust freight rates in accordance with price increases.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on sa-sira.se website are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Custom made orders and sale orders are non-returnable. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original packaging intact to be eligible for return. You can only return items bought on our website. To make your online order return or exchange of a faulty item, begin by requesting a return authorisation by sending an email to [email protected] and we will assist you.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

  • Always send an email to [email protected] to get you return or exchange approved and to get further instructions.
  • We will email you a return shipping label after a return has been approved. If you wish to exchange your item, please send an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.
  • The return cost is at the customers expense. For returns within Sweden 60sek will be deducted from your refund. For international returns 150sek will be deducted from your refund.
  • Use the original packaging and make sure to securely seal the parcel. 
  • You return will be refunded once received and checked.
  • The refund will be issued back to the original payment method minus return label cost.
  • Please note that customs fees are not included when ordering from outside of EU.​
We make sure the jewellery is in perfect condition before leaving our facilities. If you should receive a piece that has been damaged during freight please contact us within 7 days on [email protected] and add a photo showing the damage and we will help you.

​VAT & TAXES

For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. For shipping destinations outside of the EU customs is not included. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied by your country.

FORCE MAJEURE​

SaSira shall in case of Force Majeure be relieved from liability for failure to perform obligations where the failure is a result of acts of nature, acts of terrorism, wars, accidents, strike, embargo, government sanction, sabotage, interruption or failure of electricity and internet services or other similar occurrence beyond SaSira´s control. When an event of Force Majeure SaSira shall soonest possible notify the Customer.
